Thomas Benoit, "Tommy" has been swimming now for over 12 years. Since he has been swimming with Crawfish Aquatics he has lost weight and improved tremendously. He has competed in our Master and Senior Olympic competitions and cut his times in both competitions. He is 68 years young and is married with a loving family. He also teaches violin and is skilled in music as well as swimming. He is a Team player and always shows up early to help pull the covers off the outdoor pool. He is always polite and friendly to the other Master swimmers. He is truly a great asset to our program and a friend of mine. Congrats on being the swimmer of the month. "Dig Deep!"
