Congratulations to the swimmers on the LA Zones team on a successful Southern Zones Championship in Atlanta (swimmers from CA- Gage Alleman, Cameron Balkom, Colin Bone, Austin Butler, Hannah Core, Connor Futch, Alex Miller, John Miller, MK Miller, John Michael Moore, Victoria Padial). Overall the LA Zones team finished 9th at the meet.

ALL Crawfish swimmers swam one or lifetime bests following their state meet performance, in addition to several Top 10 finishes and team scoring:

Cameron- 2nd place finish- 100 breast
Austin- 1st place finish- 50 free, 4th place finish- 100 free
John Michael- 1st place finish- 100 back, 6th place finish- 100 fly

The Southern Zone Age Group Swimming Championships will be held from Tuesday, July 27 thru Sunday, August 1 in Atlanta, Georgia. Louisiana Swimming is sending a 48 member team of swimmers selected from performances from this long course season and the state championship meet.
