Team Dinners at the Hampton!
On Friday and Saturday night following Finals, Crawfish will provide dinner for swimmers and their families at the Hampton (210 Henning Drive, 70663). Dinner will be served 8:00PM (possibly 7:45 depending on meet timelines). Please join us for dinner! We will provide the food and have bottled water. (On the menu: pasta, salad, bread, veggies)
Warm Up Times
-Thursday, 5:30PM
-Fri/Sat/Sun Morning/Prelims, 7:00 or 7:30AM- we have not received the warm up assignments at this time
-Fri/Sat/Sun Afternoon/Finals, 4:30PM
-Relay only swimmers will need to be at the pool by 10:00AM to warm up for relays on Saturday and 9:30AM on Sunday morning.
Ice chests The SPAR facility has a “no ice chest” rule. Swimmers can have their water bottles but they do not permit sodas, glass containers, etc. on the pool deck. Water and Sports Drinks are the only ones allowed on deck.

Timing Assignments
All families not involved with officiating at the meet will be required to fill the CA Timing Assignments slots. One slot per swimmer in the meet (maximum of 2 spots).
-Send your first and second slot choice. Confirmations will be sent Tuesday evening.
-We will send follow up emails to all remaining families on Wednesday with your assigned spots.
New this state meet- all Thursday night events AND Friday/Saturday 400yd relays are PROVIDE YOUR OWN TIMER.
